Forum Thread: Plantar Fasciitis and the Right Footwear

Plantar fasciitis is caused by the inflammation of a thin, flat sheet called the plantar fascia. This tissue connects the toes to the heel bone, that is, the entire lower area is affected. The foot remains weak and on his heels, there is an intense pain. Walking or standing for several hours, running, dancing, obesity, flat feet and even the use of inappropriate shoes generate undue tension in the fascia, which functions as a shock absorber with every step taken.
